~Wild Women Gatherings full of powerful prayers and the most nourishing food, Adventures in nature with Skyla and Winter, Yoga by streams and waterfalls, Drumming and singing by the fire after giving herbs to the flames. These are a few of my favorite experiences with Skyla, the creatrix of Wild Innocence. Weaving in these ways with Skyla has become some of the biggest joys of my life. It is refreshing to be around someone who lives with such intention, especially an intention as beautiful as wild innocence. All of the offerings on this website come from a place of embodiment and kindness, two energies I find great value in. We did a personalized immersion with Skyla where we discussed the itinerary ahead of time, choosing the sites we wanted to experience, (we only had 2 days in Maui), and Skyla took care of the rest. One of our destinations was the Road to Hana. Being an intricate travel planner myself, I was amazed at the plans she created for us! The day was perfect! From red, black, and white sand beaches, to rainbow eucalyptus trees, to jumping in the turquoise waves, to snorkeling with multi-hued fish, it was a very beautiful, colorful day! Every detail was taken care of, she treated us to her refreshing homemade hibiscus iced tea, a nurturing, healthy picnic lunch at the beach, and some authentic Hawaiian snacks, the ulu was delicious! Skyla is very knowledgeable in all things Hawaii, the culture & traditions of Hawaiian life, identifying flora & fauna of the island beauty, and how to pronounce & spell some tricky Hawaiian words! Our second & final day in Maui, Skyla brought us to Iao Valley. Another scenic, lush & seemingly sacred place, we weren't disappointed! We relaxed in the cool mountainside streams, floating & creating flowery offerings up to nature. We were treated to the mesmerizing acoustics of her sound bowl serenade while sunning ourselves alongside the misty peaks of Iao Valley. On the way back she brought us to a few local beaches to view the magnificent green sea turtles, and brave surfers battling the huge Hawaiian waves. We left Maui with a sense of peace & awe, our hearts are filled with gratitude to be able to have experienced this beautiful place with a beautiful soul. Skyla’s essence radiates Wild Innocence. Witnessing Skyla in her daily dance of life is inspiring. She is true to ‘practicing what she preaches’. Skyla leads life from her heart center. Meditations, dance, laughter, play, and exploration are all a part of her daily rituals. Whether she is frolicking in the woods or on the beach with a pack of joyful children, offering intentional sound baths, or holding a safe space for women to be their wild selves - covered in mud.
